He has three very nice gaits. He definitely has the ability to collect down the road and will have a huge passage. For as young and big as he is - he is very balanced and truly has comfortable gaits, but he is still a youngster inside. Cortes is personable, willing and sweet... He has no vices or issues. Brujo 2003 P.R.E. Gelding— sired by Gaucho III Grand Prix Champion 2003 16.1½ hand PRE gelding by Gaucho III (Grand Prix dressage champion, imported from Spain by Juan Matute). Brujo (aka ‘Oz’) has big movement, an exuberant canter... and needs a confident, light rider that enables him to fly. He has been in consistent work and training for the last 3 ½ years & has schooled 2nd and 3rd level movements, half-pass, leg-yield, traverse, renverse, is started on changes. He is very soft in the mouth and needs a rider with soft hands. Brujo has been to a few schooling shows and hacking on trails and enjoys relaxing outside of the arena work. He travels fine, loads, bathes, clips without issue, no problem for farrier or vet. He has such good strong feet that he has never needed shoes so he has never had shoes on. Loves his human, learns tricks quickly and is polite about taking treats. He really is an in-your-pocket kind of guy, loves to be near you, and anyone can handle him on the ground.
