Maximus bears a very strong resemblance to his prolific sire, Regaton II—who was second place at SICAB, .5 pt from 1st place in conformation and movement! Regaton is primarily Bocado (over 90%) and has only had a couple of sons… this one is absolutely lovely! The quality on this colt is truly exceptional and very attractively priced.

Valentino M—2009 PRE Grey Colt Cardenas bloodlines, black gene
Valentino has lovely upright carriage, balanced proportions, a long stride and legs that go on forever. His head is long and chiseled, his gorgeous expression with soft eyes complete the picture and suggest his endearing sensitive nature. Imprinted at birth, you will find no sweeter colt than Val. An ideal colt for a first time stallion owner.
Valentino is built for dressage, his movement is elastic and supple with a huge trot. Expected to reach at least 16.3H at maturity, Valentino carries the black gene and can produce black or grey. He has the revered Cardenas bloodline on 3 sides of his pedigree.
Sire is 16.3H black PRE imported stallion, Fucilazo, sired by the rare black Cardenas stallion, Delegado MAC. Dam is our 16.1H Prestigio daughter, Jasmin ECV. Jasmin carries two crosses to 3 Cardenas stallions all champions of Spain: Jugueton V, Valido and Vasallo II, the number one rated PRE in Spain (Limpre ratings).

2010 Foals Available from our breeding program Two foals may become available this year by Conquistador XII from these mares, pending birth. They will be sold if the are colts since we have plenty of boys on hand:
Conquistador x Terra — Terra is a solid bay, no white 100% Joaquin Conesa line mare. Both parents were bred by and imported from Nobleza del Guadiana, Spain. Sired by the fantastic Temerario X, imported bay 16.2H stallion. Dam: Giralda XXXV, imported heterozygous grey 16H mare sired by Indiano VI, and half sister to the breathtaking stallion, Macareno imported and now in California. Foal will be black or bay. Available if colt. |

Conquistador x Emotiva — Emotiva is a 15.3H grey mare with incredible Spanish type. She has had two foals so far and both are exceptional quality and have been retained for our breeding program. She is almost 100% Cartujano (Bocado) lines. Her dam is Embrujada XVI, bred by Joaquin Conesa from Nobleza del Guadiana, Spain, by the stallion Indiano XXVI.
Emotiva’s sire is imported from Tomas Batalla in Costa Rico and is sired by the Spanish stallion, Noticero IV from Manuel Urquijo, and his dam is Niza, bred by Jose Lopez. Foal expected to be grey, with black gene from sire. Available if colt!
