Pinturero is from the Juan Manuel Urquijo stud of Spain. The estate and breeding operation has been recently acquired after their passing and will continue to produce horses from this Bocado lineage. They were known for their short backs, powerful hindquarters and maneuverability. Nepenthe has inherited all these qualities from her sire. |
