Announcing the Baroque Equestrian Games

A Competition Rewarding the Elegance and Artistry of Classical Horsemanship
combining riding tests, musical costumed presentations, and equestrian games.

The Baroque Equestrian Games, LLC

is a riding competition that upholds and rewards the principles

aspired to by the Classical Schools of Horsemanship

as outlined by the Masters of Equitation during that time.

These qualities are lightness, relaxation, suppleness,

self-carriage, and balance.  The mission of this competition

is to celebrate and uplift the Art of Classical Horsemanship.

The Baroque Equestrian Games offers three sections

for advancing your riding skills:

The CLASSICAL SCHOOLING Section

Learn & Discover

Learn and discover the full potential of you and your horse. By correctly applying the test exercises set forth in this Section your horse will attain balance, roundness, lightness, and relaxation. You, in turn, will emerge as a more elegant and effective rider.

The BAROQUE EQUESTRIAN GAMES Section

Challenge & Enjoy

Challenge yourself and enjoy the results as you perform the equestrian games and maneuvers in this section. They will improve your proficiency as a rider, and increase the responsiveness and correctness of your horse.

The PRESENTATION Section

Create & Express

Create and express the unity and harmony achieved between you and your horse in The Presentation Section. Indulge your imagination in this gala, costumed, musical freestyle as you design your fantasy ride using the music, tack, and attire of your choice.
